A disturbing video has emerged online of what appears an eight-year-old girl being encouraged to beat up a younger child.

In the shocking clip, the girl pushes the young female, thought to be just five-years-old, off an air conditioning unit.

A voice in the background is heard saying: "Go up to her face," as the younger child slowly picks herself up off the floor.
